WhatsApp API & chatbots · Automated notifications
WhatsApp notifications your customers actually read.
Send order confirmations, delivery updates, appointment reminders and payment receipts on WhatsApp, automatically, the moment something happens in your system. Messages arrive from your verified business name, in the app your customers already check.

Can I keep using my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, but a number can only be on the WhatsApp app or the API, not both. If you want to keep chatting from the app on that number, we usually recommend a separate number for the API.
Why do messages need approved templates?
Meta requires business-initiated messages to use pre-approved templates, to keep WhatsApp free of spam. We write templates that are clear and likely to be approved.
How much does sending cost?
Meta charges per conversation, and the rate depends on the type of message. We’ll explain the current rates for your use case when we quote.
Should I use WhatsApp or SMS?
Often both. WhatsApp supports rich content and two-way chat, while SMS reaches every phone, including those without data. Many businesses send on WhatsApp and fall back to SMS.
