Clermont Residence: a sales website for two 22-storey towers in Westlands
The brief
Clermont Residence is an apartment development on School Grove, Westlands, next to Sarit Centre: one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes across two towers, sold while under construction. Buyers need to compare thirteen layouts, understand prices and amenities, and trust that the project is progressing.
What we built
We built a single-development website that walks a buyer from the headline facts to a specific layout and price, then to a viewing or brochure download, with construction status kept visible throughout.
